We aim to respond to all messages within two to three business days. During high-volume periods, particularly around new series launches or site updates, it may take a little longer, but we read every message we receive.

Reporting a Problem
Translation errors
If you spot a translation mistake, a missing line, or dialogue that does not read correctly, let us know. Please include the series name, chapter number, and page number so our team can locate and fix it quickly. Accurate translations matter to us, and reader reports are one of the best ways we catch errors that slip through.
Technical issues
If a chapter is not loading, images are broken, or something on the site is behaving unexpectedly, please describe what you are seeing and include the series and chapter where the problem occurs. It also helps to tell us which browser and device you are using. We take site performance seriously and fix reported issues as quickly as we can.
Missing or incorrect chapters
If a chapter is out of order, a release seems to have been skipped, or a series page is showing the wrong information, flag it through the contact form or by email. Include the series name and the chapter or page in question and we will look into it.
Copyright and DMCA
If you are a rights holder and believe content on Omega Scans infringes on your copyright, please contact us directly with the following information:
- Your name and contact details
- The name of the rights holder you represent, if applicable
- The title and chapter number of the content in question
- A brief description of the rights you hold over that content

We are always open to hearing from people who want to contribute. If you have experience in translation (Korean, Japanese, or Chinese to English), editing, proofreading, or typesetting and you want to work on manga and manhwa you care about, get in touch.
